The passing of Bill Kynett

It is with deep sorrow that a message must be sent of the passing of Bill Kynett an HCCP past president, good friend and a man who greatly enjoyed the antique car hobby. It is difficult to get the words to flow when it’s for someone I have admired and respected for so many years. The passing of Bill leaves a large hole in the history of HCCP as Bill had taken on the unofficial role of historian for the club after retiring from the board after many years. I truly believe Bill enjoyed the hobby for the many shows and parades, but mostly for the fellowship and community that came with it. Always willing to lend a helping hand, there was no job too big or small for Bill. I ask that you please keep his wife Carol in your hearts and prayers as it has always been Bill and Carol for me. If Bill was at an event, Carol was always close by. Rest easy Bill. HCCP will forever be grateful for all you have done for the club and for the hobby as a whole. Please keep the Kynett family in your thoughts as I know he will be sorely missed. Below is information regarding services and a link to the obituary. Services to be held at 11:00am on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 2220 Sproul Rd., Broomall, PA 19008. Family and friends will be received at church from 9:30 to 11:00am.
